Thornton

Marketing - Branded Experience

St Hilliers and First Point Projects have joined forces to create Thornton, an exciting new project that will see the transformation of North Penrith into a vibrant, urban village style precinct with a new community of around 5,000 residents. A brand and marketing campaign by Hoyne has embraced the Penrith location and the transformation occurring in the area to showcase a new way of living. The results have been spectacular with Stage 1 and 2 selling out shortly after launch.

 

Tailor's Walk

Marketing - Branded Experience

The campaign for Tailor’s Walk challenges the traditional perception of Botany as an industrial suburb, to showcase the area as an evolving and vibrant neighbourhood in Sydney’s South-East, just 10km from the CBD. Key themes of craftsmanship and community underpin the campaign, demonstrating the quality of the Frasers Property development and the lifestyle on offer. Local artisans and long-term residents provide a genuine perspective on the area and represent an existing and real community spirit, while a fully immersive Sales and Display Centre enables buyers to experience the product first-hand.

The Landmark is a distinguished development that soars above the Lower North Shore and completely redefines the perception of the St Leonards’ landscape. The brand and marketing campaign highlights the building as a new eternal icon of Sydney, drawing on its remarkable sculptural beauty, dominant structure and seamless integration with the harbour. A detailed visual description of amenity and convenience has been crafted to redefine perceptions of St Leonards, while an evocative Sales Centre provides an immersive and resonating experience for buyers.

Tailor's Walk

Tailor’s Walk by Frasers Property Australia is a new masterplanned community delivering 436 new apartments and terraces to Botany in Sydney’s South-East, 10km from the CBD. The site, a former textile factory, provides the inspiration for the brochure that reflects the craftsmanship of the Frasers Property offering.

Bijou

Graphic Design - Publication

Bijou, by Made Property Group, is a boutique, luxury development of twenty-nine 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses in the inner west suburb of Balmain, Sydney. The former Bijou Theatre, dating back to 1912, is being sympathetically adapted, with the Art Deco architectural style and historical façade to be retained, and reuse of original materials throughout. The brochure embraces the history and architecture of the site and demonstrates the rarity of this buyer opportunity.

The Finery

Graphic Design - Publication

The Finery, a boutique development of 226 one and two bedroom apartments 3.5km from the Sydney CBD, is a celebration of design that echoes Waterloo’s industrial heritage and adds a layer of inner city sophistication. The brochure for this project positions the suburb as the new Surry Hills, demonstrating the sense of community and connectivity that already exists there and emphasising the quality and materiality of this superior product offering by Mirvac.
