Cleveland & Co posters

Graphic Design - Illustration and Type

Cleveland & Co was the redevelopment of an old art deco commercial building positioned on a noisy, dirty road in Redfern. Hoyne created a brand identity and marketing campaign with distinct personality for the 39 apartments on Cleveland Street. A set of dynamic posters that drew out the unique character of Redfern and Surry Hills, perforated the general property marketing noise that was ubiquitous in Surry Hills at the time.

Tour de Sydney

Graphic Design - Illustration and Type

Hoyne Principal Andy had a harebrained idea of creating a poster that reflects the uniqueness of Surry Hills and he coupled that with a brief that was incredibly open and void of direction. This broadness led to the adaption of the brief, the creation of many works and then the final Tour de Sydney poster – which celebrates Sydney and its ‘city of villages’.

Garden house

Marketing - Branded Experience

Garden House by Icon Co introduces verdant, exquisitely landscaped apartments to Waterloo in a modern embodiment of village living. Focusing on the distinctive aesthetic of Hecker Guthrie, the truly original garden entries for every home and the flourishing illustrations that characterised the brand identity, Garden House brought the concept of ‘inside out living’ to the fore.

Kings Lane

Marketing - Branded Experience

Kings Lane by Liverpool Street Holdings comprised of nine brand new terraces in Darlinghurst, each with a separate street address and private entrance. A unique opportunity in Darlinghurst that was fraught with a tiny budget. Hoyne developed a multiple application campaign that was highly impactful. We brought sophistication, local insight and elevated the projects status. We had a strategy around building the ROI, engaging prospective buyers, and eventually releasing them to buyers who were eager to purchase.

MLC Centre food court signage

Wayfinding

With a major redevelopment underway for the historic MLC Centre, the joint owners (GPT Group and QIC) partnered with Hoyne to undertake a brand communications project for the food court. The campaign for the renovation needed to engage visitors throughout the ongoing construction process. Hoyne defined the key messages and visual language to inform customers about exciting new retailers and to promote existing businesses. Striking imagery that coincided with the prospective retailers was coupled with bold messaging to excite the consumer.
