Project Brief

Cornwell was tasked to deliver branding, strategy and marketing communication tools across print and online platforms.

Project Innovation/Need

The architecture of 88 Cambridge Street has been inspired by the ageless principles of Chinese philosophy and Huangshuan Mountain. As such, the design elements for our marketing materials, from the choice of fonts to paper stock reflected the ethereal characteristics and mountainous forms. There was a need to link this philosophy to the artistic neighbourhood that is Collingwood in a relevant, meaningful way.

Design Challenge

The design challenge was to celebrate the unique philosophies of its architectural vision while creating a brand that is modern and relevant to the Collingwood audience, as well as the art gallery across the road. A celebration of art and architecture, we commissioned a local artist to create artwork inspired by the principles of the building and the lifestyle of the Collingwood community.

Effectiveness

88 Cambridge Street was very well-received with 95% sold within a short time frame and only 3 apartments remaining.
