The design concept aims to create a comfortable, unique and elegant living atmosphere to adapt to a series of specific markets including young families, to set a unique tone for architecture and interior design, and to distinguish it from other nearby residences. Project Brief
The case is located in the Kaohsiung Yawan Development Zone. As the coast of Kaohsiung Port with an advantageous geographical location, the city began its development. The city and modern design methods that are famous for the port and the ever-fast-developing shipping and commercial city life are proposed, and the location of the project offers a panoramic view of Dagang from above.
Project Need
For indoor public areas, interesting architectural facade concepts are considered, this principle is applied to the interior of the reception area and lobby area, and the interior landscape is integrated into the interior to complement the design language of the large hall. Interpret the ocean through elegant accessories and hand-made products, make a perfection of the overall design concept.
Design Challenge
It is necessary to consider the appearance of the architectural concept to echo this harmoniously, and to complete an elegant and comfortable space positioning, to consider the geographical location of the port to pursue the concept of "beauty", to apply and practice the whole idea.
Sustainability
In this case, because the building itself is high and there are no other buildings that block the light source, creates the advantages of taking light from a high place. Using large glass windows in public facilities to introduce light can reduce the use of artificial lighting. For example, the treadmill can face a large window overlooking the city, and it can also create a bright and comfortable impression of the public space.
