The World need more "FUN" under recent turmoil and global pandemic. As a souvenir shop under the new hotel Lisboeta Macau, owner try to take a different approach to others, this store in inspired from the amazing ambiance of Circus atmosphere, to allow their customer with a different shopping experience: Cheer and Fun.

Project Brief

The shop mainly provides souvenir product, candy, toy...etc. To fit the aim of younger demographic, a colorful design and circus atmosphere will help to draw attention to the kids and family whose walk through. A fully open shop front also helps to have a welcome feeling.

Project Innovation/Need

Different kind of display units are made: postcard holder, t-shirt hanger, multi-level shelves and stools, bag hanger...etc, to maximized the flexibility of display different kind of product under the limited space (50 sq/m). Circular shapes and walkway maximized the path and space of the shop.

Design Challenge

Decided to bring the curved shape with cone, to form of decorative column and domed ceiling structure, so that we can feel the curvature of the Circus, in simplified way. Mixing with different wall-covering pattern and color, give more depth to the focal point of concept.

Sustainability

Except those fixed wall cabinets and the center column, the multi-level display stools can be move freely to suit different display products purpose.
