Traffic was approached to launch a new brand and rollout for Life insurance. The aim was to create a disruptive brand that transforms the life insurance industry and that promotes tailored products created with their customers interest in mind. Besides being identified as a genuine brand, as their brand name ‘Integrity’ suggests, our client also wanted to find an easy way to communicate their point of difference to both their customers and their financial advisors. It was important that their company values and product offering were clearly understood. in a modern way, focusing on digital.

Project Brief

A new brand identity for Integrity's life insurance was required. The objective was to present a brand that would differentiate the company and its products.

At Integrity, customers are the priority, and the aim was to highlight the bespoke nature of the products while engaging customers in a fresh and modern way.

The strategic and creative recommendations were to place a particular on digital channels and being able to communicate brand values and product benefits simply and creatively.

Project Need

By keeping the design and treatment real i.e. genuine, simple, transparent and human, Traffic was able to effectively communicate Integrity's purpose whilst being visually appealing and clearly differentiated from its competitors. Integrity Life Insurance is proud to be different, and therefore it's identity should also be different.

The use of people in an artistic form was used to create a personal feel for the brand. The illustrations also made for a simple and appealing way to communicate the key benefits of the product, a real achievement in a complex and naturally 'unappealing' category. As the product would be communicated largely online, the bold, illustrative style was designed to be animated and digital-first.

Using these quirky and recognisable illustrations and an appealing, fun colour palette, a number of applications were successfully delivered across print and digital platforms. Each one slightly tailored for individual executions and facets of the organisation.

User Experience

This strategy and design approach made them stand out from their competitors and significantly helped them in building confidence and connecting the audience to their product and brand.

Integrity Life launched in September 2018; the brand design has already won multiple awards and their customer database keeps growing.

Project Marketing

The website launch and targeted advisor campaign were supported with a full digital campaign across both the Google Display Network, in targeted display, retargeting and programmatic.

The website was also supported through highly targeted audience campaigns within social media, particularly within LinkedIn, making use of its custom audience/job position profiling.

Project Privacy

As financial advisors, Integrity holds personal information in secure systems, databases and paper records. We may use related bodies corporate, agents and third party suppliers for data storage.

Any personal information provided over the internet is held securely and not retained on our web servers. We use service providers and secure online payment facilities to process payments by credit card. Card details can’t be accessed through the internet after payment has been processed.
