Project Brief

Regarding to aesthetics, De Stiji strives to update the new life and art. Practicing the De Stiji, the layout used geometry to express pure spirit. All partitions were all well-visional positioned. Diversified and flowing space was made by large glass windows and transparent bone.
The red, never to be neglected, makes life to the black and white space. Just as Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe said, “Details are the God”. The embedded lights and the blind beyond the stairs are meant to be sophisticated.

Project Innovation/Need

Taken inspiration from Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe, the duplex is full of his maters and brilliance.Stay away from traditional office types, connect spaces and encourage social interaction.
The main color scheme is black and white, creating an elegant and serene feel. By leaving a large area of space white, it creates a subtle order between the planes. These materials enable a simple state, allowing users to enjoy pure space.

Design Challenge

Only the paint can achieve the simplest state in the design, so that users can enjoy the pure space. The thorough white becomes our spatial strategy of interacting with the user visually and emotionally, and hopes to bring positive energy to the working environment.

Sustainability

The overall space uses the simplest paint to achieve the truest state, the main color scheme is black and white, creating a sense of elegance and tranquility.
