Situated inside a hotel - Cozi Lounge will take customer into another dimension. As the customers walk in from the grand and nature-themed reception with a day time ambience through into a much darker and evening-like environment restaurant and bar for people to relax and unwind in.

Project Brief
An array of metal is employed and layered to enhance the height of the space and also craft a striking visual effect. We have decorated the restaurant and bar with an Art Deco theme in mind, with a combination of gold and different variety of stones for a sophisticated and elegant finish.
Project Innovation/Need
Although the restaurant is situated in the industrial area, we did not design the space in an industrial style. Instead, the restaurant is designed in an elegant and grand style with metallic element flowing through the whole design, bringing out a sophisticated and dynamic feeling. This project breaks the limitations of the location and environment, bringing a brand new perception to industrial areas.
As the ceiling is quite low, a unique pattern was created and used around the interiors surrounding, from the use of the different metals to form layers and help enhance the height of this restaurant.
Design Challenge
There is a design challenge that Cozi Lounge is located in an industrial area. To
provide a relaxing atmosphere and environment to customers, several patterns and materials are adopted to create a grand and elegant space, so that customers can enjoy their time in the lounge even in an industrial area.
Sustainability
This restaurant uses LED spotlights which have environmental benefits, such as it being longer lasting and therefore don't need to be replaced often. It also consumes less energy which means they produce less heat.
Interior Design - Retail - Shopping & Food
This award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors, with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes and aesthetic presentation. Consideration given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
