Project Brief

The daylight scattering around the residence reveals the civilization of humanity that accordantly merges with the residential environment.

Project Need

The main paints selections are based on the graceful light colors coordinated with the black and white. The main walls furnished with the beige travertines exhibit grand style. Likewise, the tall silver-grey marbles, which are over than 1 meter, spanned along the five floors intensify the majestic and splendid vigor in the house.

Design Challenge

The staircases, with steel structure, are decorated along the walls upward between the living and dining room. Due to a number of glass furnished on the first floor, the residence enjoys the comfort from sufficient sunlight. Additionally, the second and roof decorated with large glass fill the residence with lukewarm temperature of daylight as well.

Sustainability

For the client staying mostly abroad, the design team brings to the market the one-of-a-kind architecture, in which the enlarged space guarantees the pleasant life. The consistent expanded design layout, extending from the living and dining room to the kitchen, makes amiable the living environment.
