Project Brief
A red large installation art work brings in loft and modern style which transform tension into release. In basement, the tree-shape channel by transparent glass shows delight images as people walk through the passage. The details of art deco make the particular field closer to users’ hearts.

This award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors, with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes, aesthetic presentation and functionality. Consideration also given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
