Project Brief

One the Waterfront is a remarkable residence and amenity gateway to Wentworth Point. Our team was inspired by the world’s finest Mediterranean resorts and were able to bring the sublime resort-style ambiance to life in One the Waterfront with lush landscaping, incredible amenities and exceptional architecture.

The buildings and the residences are designed as spaces in which to really live well. Most residential buildings and precincts are very static. One The Waterfront is complex, integrated, so you can experience the architecture, the interiors and the surroundings in different ways according to your mood.

Dynamic ideas of connection brought focus and clarity to distinguish One The Waterfront from its neighbours.

Project Innovation/Need

The terrain surrounding One The Waterfront’s apartments blurs architectural boundaries, blending nature with the built environment.

It's a place where the hubbub of city living dissolves, leaving time for the things that really matter – community, engagement, and connecting with friends and family.

This site is surrounded by natural amazing landscaping, PietyTHP wanted to compliment the surrounds and landscaping that will enhance the environment, leaving a positive impression for the future.
