Project Overview

Jubilee is arguably the most substantial new planned community in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, Wyndham Vale. Traffic was set the huge task of migrating the existing temporary Jubilee Land Sales Office of this estate to a new location at the Jubilee Display Village by way of a complete redesign and implementation of new interactive masterplan technology.

Project Brief

To create an exceptional sales experience for potential buyers of Jubilee, showcasing all the wonderful proposed features of the estate as well as the specific products available through a customised journey.

Project Innovation/Need

The plans to build the new Jubilee Display Village also unveiled the opportunity to migrate the Jubilee Land Sales office.

The original temporary land sales office was situated on Ballan Road, 1.5km away from the Display Village, in a completely isolated location and away from the first stages of construction. The project required an on-site office that was on the grounds of the construction to better leverage the surrounding works, to showcase both built form and the growing community.

Design Challenge

The ultimate challenge was to create an exceptional sales journey, both informative and interactive, that would nurture potential buyers through a comfortable process and entice land sales.

User Experience

The sales office design created a very unique customer journey and user experience. Upon entering the sales office, an exceptionally well crafted theatre room whet the appetite by showcasing an emotive 4min video of the features of the estate.

After watching the video, potential buyers are nurtured through the office to an open plan environment where they are exposed to engaging technology, community and product information and search tools.

Amongst the many stimuli, Traffic designed and produced interactive masterplan touch-table technology and sales kiosks that redefined the sales journey and critical touch points for potential buyers through state-of-the-art technology.




This award celebrates creative and innovative design for branded experiences intended to persuade an audience to purchase or take some action upon products, ideas or services. Consideration given to the technical, conceptual and aesthetic elements, user experience, audience engagement and message delivery.
