The building is a real estate sales center that subverts the general stereotype. The building resembles a box, the exterior of which shows the pattern created by a series of design procedures.

Project Brief
First of all, the textures of diverse clothes composed of the linens, silks, wools and weaving scanned as the digital images edited by the software Photoshop. The color contrasts of images are enhanced into the irregular images of patterns, among which the 26 images are designated as the 26 English letters. The images and letters, furthermore, are readjusted into the crisscrossed patterns decorated on the exterior of the entrance.
Project Innovation/Need
This area is decorated with the sculpture created by the artist Polin Yang. This area, as the daylight reflecting on the walls, is as artistic as an abstract painting. People in the sample house can see the elegant tree, outside the window is to the right, the design people therefore feeling the verdant ambience and sensing the subtle boundary between the indoor and outdoor space.
The interior space design integrates the elements of art, leading people to the mystery of mind soothing the tired soul resting peacefully.
Design Challenge
After entering the entrance, people have to walk through the bright vestibule before reaching the sample house. The walkway comes into view at once, middle of which is decorated with a wall elegantly obscuring the view to the farther space. The big sculpture is decorated in the front space, and the sample house is in the rear space. The wall with distinct windows delicately conceals the staff traffic flows and restrooms. The windows, on the wall, are adorned with the sculptures created by the artist Polin Yang as well, presenting a brilliant exhibition of sculptures in an awesome indoor space.
Sustainability
The sample house, in the building, is filled with the adequate sunlight shining through the glass. The sunlight scatters the sample house through the two areas, one of which is the water landscape on the right to the entrance.

This award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes and aesthetic presentation. Consideration also given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
