Presenting Immerse – a boutique collection of apartments and Sky Homes in a highly sought-after pocket of Richmond. From Hub Property Group and acclaimed design firm Cera Stribley, these 3 & 4 bedroom homes combine innovative architecture and sophisticated interiors with an unrivalled backdrop of panoramic city views.

Project Brief

Connect with discerning first home buyers and down-sizers who are skeptical about buying off the plan and multi-residential living. The building design is intentionally sympathetic to heritage residences in the area so this needs to be a key consideration when developing a brand.

Project Innovation/Need

The building's design is intentionally sympathetic to heritage residences in the area, mimicking the arched forms of nearby architecture. Allows for the down-sizer market to access an inner-city suburb.

Design Challenge

The design was intended to engage with a discerning market through use of a refined colour-palette and quality materials. We needed to convincingly sell the Richmond lifestyle to a mature market, despite its famed night life and grunge bar & cafe scene. The considerations in the building design formed a key part of the visual identity with the arched forms influencing the visual identity of the brand. The printed brand book and slip case were produced with quality production finishes and used luxurious materials, featured the building arches as windows, a tactile reminder of the quality finishes within the residences, as well as a sentimental keepsake for buyers.

Effectiveness

Coming into 2020 with some momentum, Immerse was one of the first projects to hit the market, claiming a quarter of the sales in the opening weekend with a further quarter the following week. The client was so happy with the result, they decided to keep the remaining homes themselves and start building.




This award celebrates creative and innovative design in the traditional or digital visual representation of ideas and messages. Consideration given to clarity of communication and the matching of information style to audience.
