A new brand and campaign was required to launch the next two towers of Mirvac’s dockland’s precinct to market. The campaign had to bring the vision for the precinct to life and allow buys to picture how it would evolve in the future.

Project Brief
Yarra’s Edge is a riverfront community by Mirvac. The brief was to create a brand for the launch of the next pieces to add to the puzzle: two residential towers, Forge and Voyager.
Project Innovation/Need
The campaign had to enable buyers to visualise an activated destination. They needed to show how the precinct will evolve and become a green, private waterfront sanctuary just moments from the CBD.
Design Challenge
This project need presented a design challenge – how to bring the future vision of the development to life in the suite of brochures? This was addressed through the inclusion of visionary CGIs. The onsite ground retail is shown as a warm intimate village enclave and the future West End precinct as an activated cultural hub. Lifestyle photography reinforced the warm, leafy, waterfront positioning of the campaign, and reinforced the village enclave aspect of Yarra’s Edge.
Effectiveness
The campaign was well received by both the client and the market.
