Albert Place is a collection of world-class luxury residences realised by leading architects Elenberg Fraser, and David Hicks, an internationally-acclaimed interior designer recognised for his opulent style. Set between Albert Park Lake and the Royal Botanic Gardens, the development is founded on old world charm and 5-star amenity, inspired by New York City’s finest hotels, architecture and decadent lifestyle.

 

Spanish Club

The regeneration of The Spanish Club heritage site will see a collection of inspired residences rising above a new vision for the cultural icon. Located in what was once Melbourne’s Spanish Quarter, the boutique development will preserve The Spanish Club’s unique history while giving back to the community it represents.

Mayfair by Zaha Hadid

Mayfair by Zaha Hadid is one of the last projects designed by the internationally renowned and awarded architect before her passing. Founder of London-based firm Zaha Hadid Architects, Hadid was known for her fearless pursuit of boundary-breaking designs and this project was no exception. Created in collaboration with Elenberg Fraser, Mayfair is inspired by fluid forms found in the Australian landscape, a new sculptural landmark on St Kilda Road.

Melbourne Open House - 10-Year Anniversary

Founded in 2008 under the aegis of The Committee for Melbourne Future Focus Group leadership program, Open House Melbourne is a not-for-profit organisation that advocates better-designed cities by empowering people to be active participants in the architecture of their city while instilling civic pride. One weekend a year, people are offered the opportunity to marvel at unique spaces in Melbourne that are not normally open to the public, enriching their curiosity and satisfying their thirst for good design, architecture, culture and heritage. Open House Melbourne celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2017. Cornwell has been its brand and marketing partner since its inception.

In 2017, Harbour Town Docklands received a $150 million facelift and a new brand identity – The District Docklands. The revitalised retail centre brought in a new shopping experience featuring popular international and Australian brands, including H&M and a flagship store for SportsPower. The District Docklands is an exciting masterplan for the area that will soon see new state-of-the-art entertainment, dining and fresh food precincts, alongside Melbourne’s most popular attractions. Future plans include a 5-star Marriott Hotel, commercial offices and modern residences.

Recognising excellence and artistic talent, the Melbourne Prize exists to inspire creativity, enrich public life and offer continuing opportunities for the development of artists’ practices. With such an imperative, the organisation’s own creative output should match its mandate.

Developed by Century Group Australia, Flinders Bank Melbourne is a new luxury destination on the corner of Spencer Street and Flinders Street. A three-tower residential and hotel building above a retail plaza, it is a place for those who embrace culture, people with an eclectic appetite for life. Radiating opulence, it will be a new lifestyle destination featuring vibrant shopping, curated dining and a 5-star hotel, designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects.

 

88 Cambridge

Acquiring a desirable site on Chevron Island, the Group’s inaugural Gold Coast project will present the first high-rise development on the island, just minutes from Surfers Paradise. The development will be brought to life as an inspired address and arts precinct.

Part of a $1 billion dollar urban renewal project, Crown Group partnered with world-renowned architects FJMT to deliver a new standard of luxury to the suburb. This development will feature a stunning range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences above curated shopping, dining, and lush public realms for cultural or community events.
