Vive Group was briefed to create a lifestyle brand that focused on the 'Brunswick market' - a diverse market comprising of people from a range of demographics including artists, para-professionals, white collar professionals, first home buyers, downsizers and young families.
Project Innovation/Need
Rather than create another "luxury" or "exclusive" style brand, we identified an opportunity to develop a truly "down-to-earth" brand that authentically communicated to the target audience.
Design Challenge
A key challenge was creating a brand that appealed to the extremely diverse target market, and was authentic to the area and our client's vision for the project.
Effectiveness
Halcyon was launched in early February 2018 and has achieved excellent levels of enquiries and sales despite a softening market for new apartments.
In addition, feedback about Halcyon's unique and strong brand identity has been extremely positive from all stakeholders.
