Project Overview
In this project, the designer takes inspiration from the spiritual core of suprematism, attempting to break the concrete impression and boundary of time and space and combining the scenes in life with geometry elements. Purer visual symbols are better to interpret the objective environment, thus bringing people a deeper and purer perception.

Project Brief
Grey beige marble material is the main character of the space, creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere. The wood grain wallboard forms the corridor space with a smooth arc, presenting the profound development details of the brand.
On the right side of the front hall, the red gate has been slowly opened, representing the spirit of innovation and revolution. The map of ancient Duanzhou State in Song Dynasty (960-1279) is presented in the form of highly abstract white art sculpture. On the back of the gate, the display screen in same size interprets the beautiful scene of modern quality life.
The vibrant rising red ribbon, a strong expression of courage and hope, creates a sense of vitality to the static space. Two layers of space are connected through an elegant arc, making people feel as if to get baptism and spiritual sublimation.
It could tell the subtle change of the temperament of the space from the elegant wooden grille screen, where the VIP reception area is behind.
Project Need
The wall of the reception area is decorated with a supremacist decorative painting. “The black circle in the picture swings on the corner of the white square and begins to develop a kind of associative and spatial reasoning. As one of the final forms of the artist's liberation, this supremacy becomes a window for the artist to return to his inner spirituality.”
When we let go of our attachment to the concreteness of things and experience them by virtue of color and block lines, we can gain the joy of pure feeling that words cannot convey.
Design Challenge
Undertaking heavier pressure with the faster pace of modern urban life, people begin to think about the meaning of life and pursuit of spiritual return in the gap of busy life. Aiming to provide a high-quality life, OCT hopes to set an good example for new space of regional life in Zhaoqing New Area through this project.
Sustainability
Surrounded by glass curtain walls, the building with excellent daylighting. The designer deliberately arrange and combine the functional modules in the middle of the room in a rhythmic manner, so as to maximize the spatial permeability of the curtain wall and allow natural daylighting to enter the room as much as possible, so as to reduce the energy consumption of indoor lighting in most periods of time .

The wood grain wallboard forms the corridor space with a smooth arc, presenting the profound development details of the brand. The wall is made of wood grain like composite materials, and this kind of raw materials has recyclable properties. Instead of using log finishes, it can reduce the environmental damage caused by tree cutting. We strive to convey the concept of health, environmental protection and recyclability.
