Project Brief

The aesthetic ability ultimately determines a person’s quality of life. The living space, furthermore, represents the resident’s aesthetics. The music, painting and poetry, as interest irrelevant and “useless” to many people, nevertheless constitute a part of our souls in life. Just as the French novelist Romain Rolland put it, “art is a pleasure, the most fascinating pleasure among all enjoyments.”

Project Need

This is why we rethink the relationship between art and living space. Bringing characters and aesthetic ability to the home life and enhancing the quality of home life are exact the essences that the interior design and art give people pleasure. The soft decoration of this house just right puts into practice the idea supporting the contemporary space with art. The soft decoration of this sample house is based on the luxury home meeting the aesthetic needs for the elites.

Design Challenge

This is where the artworks combined with the living space, acting more like a medium that gives a better spiritual vision to life.

Sustainability

Based on the elites’ precise perspectives, we decorate the house with grey tone as the design principle symbolizing a gentleman and with the embellishments of Hermes orange that show the sensitivity of space. The space completeness is constituted from the categories of cultural and aesthetic tastes, put into practice with the brand furniture Minotti. The brand furniture is simply collateral to design, and the designer’s idea matters the most. In this living space, the design idea “Less is More” uses the diverse gray decoration materials that blend the artistic inspirations and humanistic spirits with design and craftsmanship.




Open to all international projects this award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors, with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes, aesthetic presentation and functionality. Consideration also given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
